euer hostel....das is einfach der hammer,man fühlt sich wie zu Hause, man sitzt mit anderen zusammen, man redet zusammen und kocht, man kann sich abends auf den zimmern toll unterhalten, super gegend, klasse personal-ich liebe euern weichspüler-es is geil...
gute lage. hilfsbereites personal. hübsche, individuelle zimmer. ein paar bäder zu wenig. angenehmer ort!
schade, dass die maximalbewertung nur 5 sterne sind - von mir gibt es noch viel mehr und einen dicken knutsch dazu. toll, euer hostel. ich habe mich - euer name ist programm - SAUWOHL gefühlt.

Ich durfte 2 Nächte in diesem super Hostel verbringen! Zimmer sind echt toll, ganz individuell! Alles is sauber und nette Zimmernachbarn hatten wir auch noch! Ich komm bestimmt nochmal zu euch!

Hello Irene, people choose Lollis Homestay because it is a small hostel. Because it is a small hostel we have no reception in the night, we simply can't afford it in the winter, so between 11pm and 7am you can come and go with a doorcode, so you have 24h access to the hostel. You knew this, because we tell every guest and give them a nightcode. If people want to check out before 7am we usually return the 10€ deposit in the evening before and we trust them to leave the key in the morning on the desk. That works fine with almost everybody and I don't see a reason to complain. Ok, it sometimes happens that guest forget this and then they are very angry in the morning at 6am because there is nobody to return the deposit, like you. But why don't you send us an email or at least leave a little note? How can we help you to return your deposit when we don't know about your problem? You write a short very bad review and give us 1 star only, the worst possible, as if your whole stay would have been bad. I simply think thats not fair. And now I write an email to you personally on the address you left on this website and try to work that problem out. Best regards - Lolli
we have to pay 10eur for deposit key and no one there at the reception in the early morning, around 0600am when our departure !!!! so i lost 10eur, scheisssssseeeee!!!!!!!! we will never use.
Freundliche Aufnahme, beste Hilfsbereitschaft und einen guten Gesamteindruck. Schade, daß ich nicht mehr Zeit hatte, um (eine kurze Nacht) um u.an. auch die Dresdner Neutstadt zu genießen.
